These extend from high value Commercial and Technical Consulting and major Project Management, through to delivery and installation of Integrated Networks and Communications Infrastructures Solutions.
As part of its ambitions to develop and further strengthen its operational capabilities, Nescom Technologies Cameroon Sarl is looking for a talented, motivated and experience person for the position of Technical Controller.

Scope of the work

·       Full ownership of all activities that are involved in project execution until completion and acceptance by end Client
·       Total competency and responsibility for project design, planning, Quality Assurance, Safety throughout all stages of any live project.  
·       Regularly hold planning and project evaluation meetings, produce project progress reports and post project review reports
Key role’ deliverables.

§  Stand as the main interface on all job related communications with end client
§  Produce project progress, post project reports
§  Regularly assess if the execution team is on track with respect to project acceptance requirements and report back to the office or take corrective actions
§  Ensure all projects are deliver on time
§  Regularly hold project planning meetings, project costing meetings, post project review meetings
§  Etc…

•            Type of contract: Permanent – after 3 months of probation
•            Date of commencement: Mid of May 2016
•            Place of work: Douala – possible movement out of Douala

Profil
Holds at least an Engineering Degree or a Higher National Diploma in 2 of the 3 following field : Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil Engineering. you have at least 1-3 years’ experience in conducting and supervising Telecom, Electrical or Civil Engineering works or projects.

Rigorous, organize, curious, available, dynamic, sociable, discrete you like teamwork. You have a good knowledge and use of office software, such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc ..., your synthesis capabilities, diversity management in a complex environment are recognized and you have a good writing skill in both English and French.
An acceptable level of Project Management, Planning, Monitoring and cost control will be an advantage - but not essential - in carrying out Technical controller activities.
