Job Responsibilities:
  • Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
  • Responsible in ensuring service activities aim for the highest possible customer satisfaction.
  • Work in close co-operation with Kitchen, Stewarding, Cashiers as well as other key service departments.
  • Responsible to work closer with finance department for budgeting, P&L and payroll etc.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with the guests ensuring proper and prompt service
  • Manage the daily operation under standards fixed by the company
  • Define training needs and propose training programs and continuously train subordinates to achieve
  • Highest level of professionalism
  • Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
  • Menu Designing and Menu costing.
