PURPOSE
• Support the business in understanding Route to Consumer on our P&L
• Support the execution and implementation of improvement initiatives and projects.
• To establish and track the appropriate metrics for the performance of the program, and to conduct analysis to support business decisions.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics is the minimum required.
• A professional qualification like a CIMA, ACCA or CPA will be an added advantage.
• Fluent in internal & external communication and communication tools management.
• Self starter with high levels of energy and commitment
• Networking skills & commercial / business acumen
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Application of IT to drive enhanced processes (good in Powerpoint,Excel,SAP)
• Constantly seeking to improve business and drive efficiency
• Understanding of Performance Management
• Knowledge of manufacturing accounting in FMCG business will be an advantage
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills & strong written and spoken communication skills
TOP ACCOUNTABILITIES
As Decision Support Analyst, you should be able to:
• Conduct analysis on the Route to consumer aspect in order to support business cases and decision making
• Develop the process to gather information to report out on key metrics
• Support efforts of program initiatives by working with team to develop and implement solutions
• Liaise with other functions in the organization to support implementation efforts
• Single point of contact of any RTC reports (BPM,scorecard,R&O,Initiatives…)

• Commercially Astute (understand implications of own actions on business, understand service level requirements)
• Strategically Aligned ( Understand finance and global supply mission and aligned accordingly)
• Effectively Networked ( Builds and manages relationships with stakeholders, network across the organization appropriately)
